      Hello

I have a project in which a non UTF8 encoding is required. If I change a function declaration and choose to use the refactoring functionality "Apply function signature changes", the source file will be modified accordingly but it seems it will be saved in some encoding other that the one configured for the project (or at least other than the one the file is currently saved with) thus corrupting it.
