Wrong resolution for macro that expands to a variable

int foo;
#define bar foo

int func()
{
	int var = foo;
}

Find Usages on bar shows 'C++ Usages' for foo instead of 'C++ Macro Usages' for bar.

Moreover, placing the caret on bar highlights all references to foo.
