Manually changing breakpoint line doesn't move it until state is changed

      Create a breakpoint, edit it and change the line number. The visual indicator for the breakpoint stays where it was, as well as the entry in the Breakpoints table.

      If you edit it before starting the inferior, when you start it the breakpoint will move. If you edit it while debugging, it moves only after the inferior exits.
