Toggle Full Screen for QtQuick Designer is ambiguous

    Description

      the Qt Quick Designer has two menu entries in Window menu: "Full Screen" and "Toggle Full Screen"
      The first is actually toggle full screen, but the second is just hiding all sidebars.
      This should be consistent with the code editor view, where the second action is a toggle "Show Sidebar(s)"
