"Searching With the Locator"* reads "Select Tools > Options > Locator > Web Search (prefix: r) > Edit." This is "Tools > Options > Environment > Locator > Web Search (prefix: r) > Edit" now.
"Adding Qt Versions" reads "select Tools > Options > Qt4 > Qt Versions". This is "Tools > Options > Build & Run > Qt Versions" now.

Please check for similar cases.
"Environment" contains the settings which were in "Environment" or "Locator" before.
"Build & Run" contains the settings which were in "Projects", "Qt4" or "Toolchains" before.

* By the way: There should be a lower case "w".
