Scroll past end of file

    • Should apply to all. I'm using Windows 7 x64.

    Description

      It would be nice to be able to scroll past the end of a file in the editor, allowing me to put the last line of a file at the top of the screen.

      Today, I need the add carriage returns to the end of the file to bring the last line up.
