    Description

      It would be good to be able to configure smart caret positioning behavior for the editor.
      Smart caret positioning determines where the cursor will jump to when certain positioning keys (e.g. Home / End) are pressed.

      So that one can chose if pressing Home should take you to the start of the line or to the first word on the line.
