Creator closes debugger window when leaving debugging mode; doesn't re-open upon return

    Description

      When in debug mode, I often pull one or more views into their own windows, for better visibility. If I terminate a session of debugging a program, and leave debugging mode. The window(s) disappear, which I would expect. But, when I return to the debugger, they don't re-appear. This is highly inconvenient.
