Creator does not ask for rebuild after building QML debugging lib

      When toggling "Link QML debugging library", Creator asks the user if it should rebuild the project.

      This does not happen after building the QML debugging library when it was unavailable. Thus, QML debugging does not work.

      Creator should ask for rebuilding the project in this case, too.
