Creator runs the project which didn't compile

    Description

      When I run the project it's first compiled (if there are changes) and then it should run the executable only if the compilation didn't fail.

      From 2.4 beta Creator runs executable even if the compilation has failed.

      Bug is present in 2.4 RC too.
