With kinetic mouse wheel scrolling (magic mouse, trackpad) the text often rapidly scales during invoking a command. This happens because the kinetic scroll is still decellerating when the command-key is depressed when starting a command - and as a consequence the shrink/enlarge text shortcut hits.
