Deployment Steps: Details button is shown although step has no configuration widgets

      Context: Run Settings / Deployment Steps.

      Problem: The Details button is shown for deployment steps which don't provide any configuration widgets. Clicking the details button thus has no effect except changing the state of the button.

      Suggestion: Remove/Hide the Details Button if the deployment step does not provide any configuration widgets.
