Qt Creator sometimes confuses files with the same name even though they're in different projects

    Description

      A co-worker just had a weird bug when he opened two different Qt Demos. Both of which contained a mainwindow.cpp and both of those files were open at the same time. The jump-to-implementation-feature activated by holding ctrl and clicking a method in some cases had Qt Creator show the wrong mainwindow.cpp since both contained methods sharing the same name. The bug persisted after updating to 2.4.0.
