Incorrect drive letter in PKG file generated by Qt Creator

    Description

      When build target is set to Qt 4.6.3, and Smart Installer package is enabled, the "installer.pkg" generated by Qt Creator has "c:" instead of "!" where the application.sis is copied to Smart Installer's import directory ( eg. myApp.sis" - "c:\private\2002CCCE\import\myApp.sis" ).

      This causes all apps built using Qt 4.6.3 to fail Store QA due to not showing destination drive selection at installation time.
