Cannot set Mac OS X app bundle as custom executable

      When browsing for custom executable in Run Configuration on Mac OS, app bundles cannot be opened to select actual executable. So I have to select MyApplication.app in dialog, and manually append /Contents/MacOS/MyApplication, to make Run and Debug actions working.
