"Add definition in..." quick fix adds method in wrong project

    Description

      Situation is as follows:

      • Two projects in the same session
      • you have dialog.h and dialog.cpp header and source file in both projects

      If I go to dialog.h of project 2 and add a method, press alt-return for a quick fix, I'm offered to add a definition into dialog.cpp of project 1 - which is obviously not the right place.
