Buttons when adding tool chain refer to wrong item

1. Go to Tools -> Options... -> Build & Run -> Tool Chains.
2. Select one of the present tool chains.
3. Click "Add" and select a type from the menu.
   A new tool chain will appear and will immediately be highlighted in the list.
4. Click "Clone".
   The tool chain selected in step 2 will be cloned.
5. Click "Remove".
   The tool chain selected in step 2 will be removed.

Instead, the buttons should always refer to the item which is highlighted in the list.
