Broken output from Debugger in Application Output

    Description

      Run a project in the debugger. On a system with German UI, the Application Output will begin with:

      &"warning: GDB: Failed to set controlling terminal: Das Argument ist ung\303\274ltig\n"

      Creator should at least display human-readable characters. Is this message useful at all?
