Qt Creator should be able to debug applications with multiple QDeclarative Engine instances

    Description

      A multiple document Qt application may well use multiple QDeclarativeView instances, and hence multiple QDeclarativeEngines.

      Currently QtCreator will only attach to the first engine instance and there is not way to enumerate, pick or navigate to an alternative.

      It would be very useful to switch between engines while debugging.
