After testing the new Ubuntu HUD, I was looking forward to using it with QtCreator. Unfortunately, since QtCreator's menu does not appear in the the Menu Bar, but remains locked to the application window, it is impossible to use QtCreator with the HUD. This is a very unfortunte situation which only now has become an issue for me (since Ubuntu's introduction of the convenient HUD). As a fakevim user, the ability to use the HUD would free me entirely from the mouse, a feature I would very much appreciate.
