"Issues" can't be cleared

    Description

      1. Open a project.
      2. Introduce a compile error into the code.
      3. Try to compile.
        The compile error will show up in "Issues" tab.
      4. Click "Clean" above the "Issues" tab.
        Nothing will happen.
