Steps to reproduce:

• choose the 'Plain C Project' boilerplate from the new project wizard
• configure the project if necessary (I left the 'run in console' checked)
• run it several times

Expected result:

• runs fine everytime

Current result:

• sometimes it fails to obtain the handle (see attached pic)
• when it's failing you can't stop it with the Stop button (red square) - you must close the panel holding the application output, then you'll be asked whether to force quit or not
