Confusing German translation of "QML Observer"

      1. Run Creator with German interface.
      2. Open a Qt Quick UI.
      3. Try to debug it on a Qt version which does not have a QML Observer.
        You will see the following error message:

        Note that it mentions "QML Beobachter".
      4. Click "Einstellungen zur Qt4-Bibliothek öffnen".
        You won't find an option to build "QML Beobachter". In the Options dialog the name is not translated, so only "QML Observer" is being mentioned.

      The error message should give correct instructions how to solve the problem.
