STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM AND OUTCOME:
1. Select Getting started Welcome page.
2. Minimize window until User Guide, Online Community and Labs topics are not visible.
3. It is not possible to scroll down the window.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
Window is scrolled down and User Guide, Online Community and Labs topics are not visible and can be selected.

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
It is not possible to scroll down the window User Guide, Online Community and Labs topics can not be selected when window is minimized.
