Debugger can't stop running Qt Console project

      1. Create a new Qt Console project.
      2. Run this in cdb.
      3. Click the "Exit Debugger" icon (red square in Debug mode).
        The project keeps running.

      Instead, the debugger should terminate the project and exit.
