Strange behaviour when adding a Qt Version

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Open Tools->Options->Build & Run->Qt Versions
      • add a new Qt Version by clicking 'Add...' and specifying the path to qmake
      • push 'Apply' several times

      Expected behaviour:

      • Qt version is added once

      Current behaviour:

      • Qt version is added multiple times (at least inside the options dialog - inside the Projects view I still have this newly added version only once)
