Variable value tooltip popup in debug is too small (doesn't show the actual value)

    Description

      In 2.5 beta, when stopped at a debug breakpoint, if I mouse over a variable in the code view, the tooltip popup doesn't actually show anything useful.
      See screenshot attached. The Locals and watches still works fine. Going back to 2.4 works fine. Tried several different projects.
