Custom help filters doesn't work

PRECONDITIONS OR PREVIOUS STATUS:
Public Qt SDK installed to desktop. Qt Creator opened, Help is displayed.

STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM AND OUTCOME:
1. Open Tools -> Options -> Help -> Filters tab.
2. Create new filter and select some attributes and click OK.
3. In "Filtered by" select newly created filter.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
Help contents in "Index" and "Contents" view are filtered according to selected attributes.

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
"Index" and "Contents" view are empty.
