No publish wizards, "Publishing is currently not possible" message

      Mac OSX, 10.7.3, 64bit

      I'm not able to run Publishing Wizard at all.

      Currently using Qt SDK 1.2.1.

      In the dialog, there are no selectable wizards.

      The error is caused by no available IPublishingWizardFactory with ability to build/publish the project.

      Project is QT Quick with Qt Components. Remote Compiler can compile and package it correctly.
