Debugger fails to start if path to executable contains unicode characters

Steps to reproduce / test case</dt>
1. Create new Qt4 Gui Application project in i directory that contains unicode (non ascii) characters
2. Try to start debugging this project by pressing F5
3. The error dialog is shown with the message
Starting executable failed:
/path/with/unicode?/project/project: No such file or directory.
