When run Symbian QComponent on Simulator Qt for MinGW in debug mode it gives property binding error that prevents toolbar instantiation

      steps to reproduce:
      1) create QML application with Symbian Components
      2) build QML debug prerequisites for Simulator Qt for MinGW
      3) set Simulator Qt for MinGW target
      4) launch the app in debug mode
      Observe error on output console :
      Debugging starts
      Qml debugging is enabled. Only use this in a safe environment!
