RSS news with proxy authentication

    Description

      On my work we have proxy and it requires authentication. So when I start QtCreator it keeps sending requests for RSS and clogs the channel. Now I disabled Welcome plugin in “Help” —> “About Plugins…”. Better solution is to be able disable just RSS news not all Welcome plugin, or change RSS news to be able work with proxy authentication.
