New device can't be used without reopening "Options" dialog

      1. Go to "Tools" -> "Options..." -> "Devices" -> "Devices".
      2. Add a new device.
        The new device appears in the combo box "Devices:".
      3. Click "Apply".
      4. Go to "Build & Run" -> "Targets".
      5. Click "Add".
      6. Try to select the device added in step 2.
        It's not in the combo box.
      7. Close and reopen the "Options" dialog.
      8. Repeat steps 4 to 6.
        Now the new device appears in the combo box.

      Instead, the new device should be available immediately after clicking "Apply".
