Support output from Intel Compiler for Build Issues pane V2

This is basically QTCREATORBUG-3460 but hopefully with enough information to fix it this time.

I've attached a minimalistic CMake Project (CMakeLists.txt and test.cpp) that produces a warning and an error with both the intel and microsoft compilers.

The Log output of the microsoft build is in ms.txt.
The Log output of the intel build is in intel.txt.

With the microsoft build the "Issues" tab gets filled properly with the intel build it stays empty.
