QmlProfiler plugin does not load on Windows when compiled against Qt 5

      The error is "module not found".

      It looks like it is relying on some symbol that was public in Qt4/QtDeclarative and no longer is in Qt5/QtQuick1.

      I was unable to find the error using depends.exe.
