C++11 lambda captures are not stored in the code model

      C++11 lambda captures are not stored in the code model, but gracefully skipped over. That means that the identifiers in it are not symbolised, and hence find-usages, highlight local usages, and renaming do not 'see' them.

      Things to change:

      • Parser::parseCapture
      • Bind::capture
      • FindUsages::capture
      • Enable & verify tst_FindUsages::lambdaArg
