Some combo boxes inside settings not fully visible on Mac

      On the Settings dialog select Help within the list view on the left.

      There are 3 ComboBoxes - none of these are fully visible without resizing the dialog.

      This also applies for the spinner used for the GDB timeout at Settings->Debugger->GDB.
