Qt Creator's "Show in Explorer" option opens My Documents

1) Open Qt Creator 2.4.1 and above in Windows.
2) Create a new project.
3) In the Projects view, right click on a file from the project and select "Show in Explorer" option from the context menu. For some reason "My Documents" folder is opened up. My observations are that this always happens with newly created projects and small-scale ones. This behavior is consistent ("My Documents" are always opened up) until the time the project grows to a larger scale.
