Provide a better hint when Enable QML Debug port is not set.

    Description

      Currently we show a Messagebox with

      "Some breakpoints cannot be handled by the debugger languages currently active, and will be ignored."

      It would be nice if the user would get a suggestion what may be wrong. In most cases its just a missing check in "Enable QML Debug port" in projects page.
