I'm trying to debug with the Creator 2.6 bundled with Qt 5.0.0 beta 2: http://origin.releases.qt-project.org/digia/5.0.0_beta2/backups/2012-11-12-341/qt-windows-opensource-5.0.0-beta2-msvc2010_32-x86-offline.exe .

When trying to stop debugging, the debugger is caught in a loop:

ERROR: Cannot interrupt process 2560: Cannot start D:\qt-5.0.0-beta2-32\Tools\Qt Creator\bin\win64interrupt.exe. Check src\tools\win64interrupt\win64interrupt.ce for more information.
ERROR: Cannot interrupt process 2560: Cannot start D:\qt-5.0.0-beta2-32\Tools\Qt Creator\bin\win64interrupt.exe. Check src\tools\win64interrupt\win64interrupt.ce for more information.

      ....

there's no way to stop the debugger, even after the target has exited.

win64interrupt.exe exists at the given directory, and also seems to launch up fine .
