can't load Simplified and Traditional Chinese translation correctly via System Language option

      When having Simplified or Traditional Chinese as top in System Preferences, Language & Text, Language tab, in OS X
      Then launch Qt Creator 2.6.0
      It will not load correct translation files for them.
