Adding images in .qrc do not show up immediately for use

      1/ add a png image to the .qrc resource

      2/ with designer try to change the icon on a QToolButton ... select icon, Choose Resource

      Bug: The newly added image will not show up in the list of resource.
      rebuilding is not enough, you usually have to quit Creator and relaunch for the icon to show up in the resource list.
