Dock widgets cannot be resized in Qt Creator

      When dragging a dock widget into a main window the dock widget cannot be resized.
      However it is possible to resize the dock widget in a stand-alone Qt Designer.
      The attached scrrenshots show that the designer displays the needed resize handle while the creator does not.
