    Description

      I like to have the Outline view for a file display on the right hand side of my code. In Qt creator it seems that the sidebar is locked to the LHS, and even if you split windows, you can't move one of the new frames to the other side.

      Both Eclipse and MSVS provide movable frames, and people are used to them... I think Qt Creator should consider allowing frames to be docked in different locations in Qt Creator.
