Qt Quick 2 Application wizard should be displayed only if a valid Kit is available

      If you have a Qt5 registered inside Creator as valid Qt version but no Kit uses this version then the wizard for creating a new 'Qt Quick 2 Application (Builtin-Elements)' should not be displayed.

      The wizard seems to only check for the registered Qt versions to decide which templates to provide. I think it would be better to check the Kits instead.
