Calling "run" in subproject actually calls "run" for the whole project

      Open qtbase/example/example.pro, and then play around.
      pick a subproject for example opengl/cube, try the functions provided by the context menu. "Build cube", "Rebuild","clean" seem to work properly. But calling "run" actually causes the whole project to be built.
      Look like a bug here.
