When adding a file to a resource file, it should look into the project directory

      1 - open or create a test project
      2 - add a resource file
      3 - in the resource file, add a prefix
      4 - from this prefix add a file (Add Files)

      problem => the open files dialog opens the Qt 5 top level installation folder instead of the current project folder.
