memory leak in debug mode

0). There is a program (plain c++ project) for mpeg-2 video parsing;
1). QtCreator 2.6 consumes ~20MB per second while debug is runned;
2). after debug stoping QtCreator hangs and continues to consume memory (about 200 MB and higher);
3). in few seconds/minutes QtCreator begins to work as usual (memory leaks are stopping), but consumed memory does not free at all (only QtCreator restarting helps);
4). there are no memory leaks if run application without of debug (Ctrl+R);
5). there are no memory leaks in QtCreator 2.5.2;
6). application consumes 1328 KB
