Description
Deploying local Qt libs currently requires that you re-check the radio button every time you hit Run (even if previous deployments were unsuccessful) and it will always deploy all libraries.
To make this simpler for the end-user, we could also deploy SHA1s for the files and check them against the local copies. Then we could always deploy all libraries/jars/plugins where the SHA1 does not match.
