Don't depend on Ministro when launching local libs builds from Android Launcher

When deploying a local Qt libraries-build of your app, and then launching it from the Android launcher, you will be asked to install Ministro. This is because some of the parameters to the process is sent as command line arguments by Qt Creator. The .apk should be runnable from the launcher against the local libraries as well.
